MIC, in cooperation with 5GMF and ARIB and TTC, will host the 5G International Symposium – “Come, See, Learn about 5G”- to explore the future image and society of 5G, which is expected to be introduced by 2020.
The symposium will discuss the latest achievements of 5G Field Trials* promoted by MIC from current fiscal year, and also 5G exhibition & demonstrations will be open in the same venue for visitors to experience the world of 5G.
In the conference, presentations and panel discussions by experts from 5G utilization industries will provide perspectives in terms of the impact of 5G as the ICT infrastructure in future IoT, as well as discuss the environment and challenges to accelerate 5G development.

Day 2 – 28 March

|This session will provide a presentation and discussions of new services and applications realized by 5G in IoT era.
|Session 3: How will 5G be realized? – Crossover Collaboration of 5G –|
|This session will provide discussions regarding the implementation and realization of 5G toward future society by experts from Japan and Asia.
