一般社団法人電波産業会（ARIB） では、NTTドコモ欧州研究所のCTO/CSOとして10年以上勤務するとともにEUの研究開発プロジェクトの責任者などの要職を歴任し、現在ワイヤレスワールドリサーチフォーラム （Wireless World Research Forum） の欧州・中東・アフリカ地域における副議長を務めているドイツ在住のHendrik　Berndt氏に「欧州および米国におけるBeyond 5G研究開発動向の調査」をお願いしています。
